Nigel is a Broker Associate who specializes in Hotel /Motels and also Apartment complexes for Viewpoint Realty International Inc. In 2005 Viewpoint Realty International, Inc. did in excess of $120 million in transactions. Nigel is also sales manager for the office and is in charge of training new agents in the company to start a long and successful career in real estate by giving them all the necessary tools they will need to succeed. Nigel draws upon his knowledge of several years of real estate working for several of the larger franchises.

Background:  
Nigel Hood was born and raised in London England, where he grew up enjoying swimming and kayaking.  

After graduating from high school. Nigel joined the Royal Air Force where he  served his country for seven and a half years. Nigel’s background is in Commercial Photography which he still has as a hobby to this day.  When Nigel takes time off from real estate, he enjoys racing Kayaks and spending time with his wife Brenda and two daughters Hannah and Alexa.
